Homemade Lavender Blueberry Ice Cream Five ingredients and five minutes—that's all it takes to prep this healthy homemade ice cream recipe! Enjoy when you're looking for a refreshing, guilt-free treat on a hot summer day. Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut cream
  • 4 teaspoons Blue Agave
  • 4 drops Lavender Vitality essential oil
  • Up to ⅓ cup coconut water

Instructions:

  • Line a small casserole dish or large container with wax paper or parchment paper.
  • Add frozen blueberries, coconut cream, Lavender Vitality, and agave to a high-powered blender or food processor.
  • Pulse ingredients together, adding coconut water 1 tablespoon at a time to help the ingredients blend together smoothly. Be careful not to add too much liquid or your ice cream will become too soft.
  • Pour blended ingredients into the prepared dish, cover, and freeze for four hours.
  • Scoop into bowls and garnish with your favorite ingredient.

Honey Lavender Lemonade Sophisticated, yes. Complicated, no. With just five simple ingredients, this is a warm-weather treat you can whip up in minutes. Ingredients:

  • 6 lemons, juiced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 drops Lavender Vitality essential oil
  • Ice water, about 10 cups
  • Lavender sprigs, optional

Instructions:

  • Combine lemon juice, lime juice, honey, and Lavender Vitality in a large glass pitcher.
  • Add water to taste.
  • Stir until well mixed.
  • Garnish with sprigs of lavender.

Lavender Hot Chocolate Take your hot chocolate from ordinary to gourmet by adding a little Lavender Vitality to the mix! Ingredients:

  • 4 cups unsweetened almond, dairy, or other milk of your choice
  • 8 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 teaspoons honey, or more to taste
  • 4 drops Lavender Vitality essential oil

Instructions:

  • Heat 4 cups of milk in a saucepan on medium-high heat.
  • Add 8 tablespoons unsweetened raw cocoa, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 4 teaspoons honey; whisk until smooth.
  • When warm, remove from heat and stir in 4 drops of Lavender Vitality.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Lavender Collagen Latte This Lavender Collagen Latte is a great way to elevate your daily coffee. Plus, it packs some respiratory benefits for when the air quality isn't so great! Ingredients:

  • 8-10 ounces strong brewed coffee OR 1 shot espresso
  • ¼ cup unsweetened oat milk or milk of choice
  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup (or to taste)
  • 1 drop Lavender Vitality essential oil
  • 1 scoop collagen powder of choice
  • Electric milk frother (optional)

Instructions:

  • Add milk, maple syrup, Lavender Vitality and collagen powder to an electric milk frother and use the warm/froth setting.
  • While it is frothing, pour brewed coffee into a mug.
  • Add sweetener if desired.
  • Once the milk blend is finished, pour into the mug and garnish as desired.
  • Note: If using a handheld milk frother, simply add all ingredients to the mug, froth, then add the coffee.
