I've been adding a scoop to my Power Meal shake. I add a frozen banana or some berries and you really can't taste the greens very much. I also tried it just mixed with water and the flavor is mild. Doesn't taste like a mouthful of spirulina like a lot of green powders. This one is SO much more palatable. This is a good reminder to get into a daily habit with it!
